We enjoyed our comfortable room with two double beds that accommodated our family well. The location was ideal, with several restaurants nearby, including a great little fish and chip shop and an A&W, perfect for quick meals. The outdoor seating near the pond was a lovely spot to relax and unwind together.
The utility area showed some signs of wear and could use a bit of maintenance.

I waited about twenty minutes for someone to assist me at the front desk, which felt a bit inconvenient. Despite the wait, the friendly staff resolved my cable television issue promptly. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but improved front desk service would make it better for future guests.

I enjoyed dining at the onsite restaurant. They offered a decent menu with local and international flavors. After a long day of exploring, it was nice to relax and have a meal without having to leave. My friends and I appreciated the friendly staff who made our dining experience pleasant.
The cleanliness standards could be improved. The floors were not clean, and the bathroom needed attention. It gave off a run-down impression.
